GAD-EL Office is located in haifa bay and includes a modern garage and a computerized spare parts store, spreading over 1200/sqm, on a private property of approx. 4000/sqm.
The service dept. includes a licensed garage, managed by an authorized professional manager, who responds to calls and inquiries for all spare parts needed for the sweepers and the other equipment sold in israel.
Furthermore, GAD-EL has service vehicles that respond to service calls at customer’s permises.
The technicians have professional classifiction, trained and instructed by the various manufacturers in: mechanic, hydraulic and electric malfunctions.
In addition, there is service clerk that coordinates the technicians schedule and gives preliminary response to customers’ calls.
The sales and Marketing Manager visits the customers on a regular basis, to monitor and ensure their satisfaction from the after sale service.
